Position Summary:
Assist the Human Resources leadership team in administering all HRIS systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*Evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).   Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. Analyzes and provides information on employee demographics, trends.
*Processes and analyzes employee information by using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
*Support the Design, implementation, and analysis of reports to determine the overall trends of the organization.
*Ensures systems integration and upgrades by collaborating and communicating with other colleagues.
*Leads efforts to configure HRIS systems to support Performance Appraisal, Bonus/Merit Programs, Recruitment/On-Boarding.
*Assists all efforts to oversee data connection files that flows between ADP and Cornerstone systems.

 

 

Education and/or Experience:
*Knowledge and ability to support the design, implementation and evaluation of HRIS systems to support compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
*Knowledge of performance appraisal methodology, incentive planning tools, techniques and procedures, incentive and rewards programs.
*Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and ability to provide advice on laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
*Strong oral and written communications skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly.
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
*Proficient with HRIS systems (preferably Cornerstone & ADP), Microsoft products, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
*Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3 - 5  years of experience working within the HRIS discipline.

Working Conditions:
* Able to lift up to 25 pounds
* Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
